eSports Opportunities for Kids
The Jackie Joyner-Kersee Foundation (JJKF) announced it will be launching a new eSports learning and competitive playing opportunity for kids who attend the JJK Center. The partnership, in conjunction with Blaze Fire Games, will create academic and career pathway opportunities for children in the fields of technology and gaming.

EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. — Olympic champion Jackie Joyner Kersee continues giving back to her hometown. Her foundation helped host the 5th annual City-Wide Field Day today in East St. Louis. Hundreds of kids showed up for the day-long event.
NASCAR Drive for Diversity, World Wide Technology Raceway partner with Jackie Joyner-Kersee Foundation for Youth iRacing League
NASCAR and World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway are partnering with the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Foundation to launch an iRacing league that commenced last week in East St. Louis. The center, located less than four miles from the track, provides after-school, summer and academic programming for youth in underserved communities. NASCAR provided iRacing rigs to the center as well as the required equipment and software for iRacing and NASCAR Heat 3.
